1. 無法上傳欲轉檔檔案。
2. 無法下載轉檔完成檔案。
3. API 無法回應。
4. 原本已經轉好檔的 CDN url 仍然可以使用不受影響。

維護開始以及結束時間，視情形將有提前或延後的可能性。
