2. 無法登入 BlendVision 網頁平台。
3. 無法發送通知信件。
4. 無法上傳欲轉檔檔案。
5. 無法下載轉檔完成檔案。
6. API 無法回應。
7. 影片無法預覽。
8. 原本已經轉好檔的 CDN url 仍然可以使用不受影響。

8. The CDN URL that has been transferred is still available.
